Set up in 1971, RESARM Engineering Plastics S.A., at the time a subsidiary of a French-German group, has over the years gained unrivalled experience in machining and fabricating components in engineering plastics and composite materials.

Since becoming independent in 2003, RESARM Engineering Plastics S.A. has developed its expertise still further, and is now an important manufacturer of all high-technology components in these special materials.

Resarm holds substantial stocks of raw materials and semi-products, and is thus in a position to supply all types of products with very short lead-times. Continuing investment in plant with ever-better performance enables it to produce increasingly complex components to very tight tolerances, yet still with highly competitive pricing.

Resarm serves customers from all sectors of industry, many of them from abroad.

From customers’ drawings, we can produce components in any desired quantity: one-offs (and even prototyping), small batches, or production runs. The infrastructure and the experience employed are matched to the special characteristics of the project and the complexity of the request.

SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

Sheets, bars, tubes, etc. in various standard dimensions in Laminates, thermoplastics and hi-tech plastics. Data sheet on request.

Our machine park

Machining engineering plastics and composite products requires expertise and facilities properly suited to the particular nature of these materials.

Specialized software enables us to optimize machining rates and to program the CNC machines, either from component drawings, or directly from files prepared by our customers’ own designers.

Our facilities, which boast 7 CNC machining centers, including the TECHMILL 5-axis (4000 mm × 2000 mm × 1200 mm), are entirely dedicated to machining laminates and composites.

Naturally, these facilities are complemented by specialized machines for cutting, drilling, milling, turning, and finishing conventionally-machined parts.
